Hands
Hand gestures are a playful and distinctive part of our imagery. They bring a playfulness, variety, and a human touch to our visual language.
Whether pointing, holding, or presenting, these gestures create a natural link between the phone in your hand (where you send your Prezzee) and the gift it becomes in someone else’s.
They’re expressive, approachable, and help us communicate messages in a way that feels fun and interesting.
Hand gesture imagery should be used sparingly. They’re most effective as a light, occasional touch, not something that defines our visual identity.

AI for imagery
We use AI to enhance our imagery. For example adding texture, atmosphere, or visual storytelling that aligns with our brand’s personality.
It’s a creative tool we lean into for backgrounds, compositions, and conceptual mockups, especially where traditional photography falls short.
At this stage, we don’t use AI to generate people or likenesses, as we’re committed to maintaining authenticity, diversity, and ethical representation in all human imagery. Our focus is on using AI to elevate, not replace, the craft of visual storytelling.

Ownership of AI-generated content can be complex, but our position is simple: if you create it on behalf of our brand, it belongs to us. Whether it’s copy, visuals, or concepts, all outputs made using AI tools for Prezzee are considered company assets and should be treated with the same care, approval, and documentation as human-made work.
Where possible, save source files and note the AI tools used.

IP considerations
AI can inadvertently reproduce or remix elements of existing copyrighted work.
Avoid prompts that reference specific brands, competitors, celebrities, trademarks, or artists’ names unless we have explicit rights to use them. If something feels “too close,” it probably is.
When in doubt, run it past the legal or brand team before use.

Deepfake & likeness
We don’t use AI to replicate real people’s faces, voices, or likeness, be that celebrities, customers, employees, or fictional characters, without formal permission.
Creating or distributing deepfake-style content, even for fun or internal use, is not aligned with our values.
People deserve control over how they’re represented, and we’re committed to respecting that.

Disclosure & transparency
We believe in being open about when and how we use AI, especially in public facing or customer communications.
If a piece of content was generated or heavily assisted by AI, it should still be reviewed, refined, and approved by a human.
It can be as simple as adding a simple disclosure “created with AI support”
